Accshift, published by klNuno and currently at version 1.0.3 (the only version released to date), is a Windows utility in the gaming and account-management category that provides one-click switching between accounts across major game launchers without signing out or retyping passwords. It supports Steam, Riot Games titles (Valorant, League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics), Battle.net (Overwatch 2, Diablo IV, World of Warcraft, Call of Duty), Epic Games (Fortnite, Rocket League), Ubisoft Connect (Rainbow Six Siege, The Division 2), and Roblox, with GOG Galaxy, Jagex Launcher, and Discord support in testing. The software works with each launcher's own remember-me mechanism: it captures the session the launcher has already saved, keeps one snapshot per account on the local machine, and restores the appropriate snapshot when the user switches. No password is ever typed into the application, stored by it, or transmitted anywhere, and sensitive material is encrypted at rest using Windows DPAPI. Primary use cases include players maintaining multiple accounts across one or several launchers, households sharing a single machine, and content creators or power users who need fast, safe identity switching. Supporting features include personas that switch several launchers simultaneously, a streamer mode that blurs account names and avatars while OBS, Streamlabs, XSplit, Wirecast, or Twitch Studio is running, organizational tools such as folders, search, and a command palette, and automation options through a scriptable command-line binary and accshift:// deep links compatible with Stream Deck and other automation tools.
